Townhomes for Lease

Our Community has restrictions regarding the maximum number of townhomes which may be leased or rented.  An owner must submit an application to the Battery Board for approval PRIOR to entering into lease or rental contractual agreements.  The Battery Board can deny rental of townhomes based on this restriction.  After approval, an owner may submit to advertise your townhome's leasing or rental information.
